1. Service Description

Safe Transportation LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in Washington and Oregon. Our services include but are not limited to transportation to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, hospital discharges, and other healthcare-related transportation needs.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Rides can be booked through our website, by phone, or through authorized healthcare providers. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Inform us of any special needs or requirements
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Follow safety guidelines including seatbelt use

4. Our Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation
• Maintain clean and well-equipped vehicles
• Employ trained and professional drivers
• Arrive at scheduled times (subject to traffic conditions)
• Assist passengers as needed within our capabilities

5. Payment

Payment terms vary depending on the service arrangement. We work with various insurance providers, Medicaid programs, and accept private pay. Payment is expected according to the agreed terms for your specific service arrangement.

6. Liability Limitations

While we strive to provide the best service possible, Safe Transportation LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles.

7. Service Area

Our services are available in King and Snohomish counties in Washington and the Portland metro area in Oregon. Service to other areas may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
